Urgent! Hiring HR Assistant + Receptionist Position
As HR Assistant of this young dynamic and international company, you will be
? working closely with the managers and director of the company to understand their human resource needs
? To support the recruitment activity
? Primarily responsibilities include supporting the recruitment activity, administrative functions such as scheduling of meetings and minutes taking, distribution of documents and answering of calls and supporting the current employees with travel arrangement and visa/employment pass application processes.
In the long term, the HR Assistant will get more involved with general communication and PR with candidates and employees of the group, and have added marketing responsibilities. The HR Assistant will be reporting to the Operations Manager, based in Singapore.

? Able to communicate well with all levels of people and from diverse culture
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? A strong team player with good analytical skill
