Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms,
I am a piano teacher with more than 15 years of experience playing the piano. I had 2 years of professional music training in Singapore since 2005-2007. I teach both for exam (following ABRSM or Trinity syllabus) and offer both practical as well as theory lessons, for all ages.
The education of Diploma Courses in Music under Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) had created a strong background in my musical life.
I've completed Grade 8 ABRSM in 2004 with DISTINCTION and additionally, Grade 8 for Classical Ballet under Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). Currently obtaining Diploma in NAFA and continue for Bachelor in Music.
Professional Experience/Performance/Awards:
Active in various solo, choir and chamber concerts
2007 Recipient of NAFA Dou Yee International Scholarship
2007 Profesor Ong Lip Tat's Students Concert, 1st April, "Brahms' Intermezzo"
2007 NAFA Open House, 5 pianos (10 hands), "Sabre Dance" at Nanyang Academy Studio and appear as 1st pianist.
2006 “Tchaikovsky's Nocturne”, piano solo, at Lee Foundation Theatre
2004 "Lamb of God", appeared as solo vocalist in NAFA Chorus at Lee Foundation Theatre.
2004 Winner of Second Prize in Indonesia Regional Chinese Pop Singing Competition for teenage category.
