Our client in fully integrated real estate development and services is looking for several positions with Job Description as follows:
* To assist in developing capital market products or other financial instruments for APAC regions
* To conduct research and carry out feasibility studies on currency and capital markets for APAC
* To analyse and structure real estate deals
* To co-ordinate and manage projects
* To raise fund thru third party capital markets
The person must have relevant tertiary education in Financial Analysis/Finance with minimum 5 years experience in real estate capital markets.
