POSITION:HR Director (Asia Pacific)
Department: Human Resource/Human Capital Development
Reporting To:Corporate Vice President/Managing Director
Job Responsibilities:
▪ Set and implement policies and procedures in Singapore and the branches.
▪ Review policies and procedures from time to time and recommend changes in line with market practices.
▪ Create standard operating procedures for the HR Dept and the branches.
▪ Conduct annual and bi-annual performance review exercise.
▪ Handle compensation and benefits and welfare.
▪ Oversees training and development and payroll.
▪ Ongoing reviews of insurance packages for Singapore and branches.
▪ Handle grievance, counseling and feedback.
▪ Answer and attend to queries from managers and branches.
▪ Manage Performance Management, staff retention, and communication sessions with employees.
▪ Handle computerization of HR Processes and payroll, e-leave.
▪ Conduct interviews and counseling (for executives and above).
▪ Responsible for recruitment, advertisement, budgets, etc.
▪ Administration of quarterly bonus payments and Personal Development Plans for all Asia Branches.
▪ Ensure compliance with rules and regulations by all locations.
▪ Ensure HR Dept.’s professionalism in dealing with various parties.
▪ Any other ad-hoc projects that may arise from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
▪ Degree in any discipline.
Working Experience
▪ At least 15 or more years of relevant experience.
