Incumbent will provide support to the employees in in the Asia-Pacific region. To support business unit Human Resources business partners on employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions, legal requirements of host governments, employment/benefit practices and cultural norms that would impact the firm employment. Under the direction of supervisor in International Human Resource and following the lead of functional policy owners in Corporate Headquarters will assist with implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures concerning the human resources activities in the Asia-Pacific region. Will provide oversight to the Global Outsourced payroll provider for operations in the Asia Pacific region and may liaise with host country payroll offices. Change management and process implementation relating to all areas of HR may be performed and may work with other regional HR representatives to ensure consistent application. Must be able to work across organizational boundaries to achieve results with vendors and partners inside and outside the organisation.
