Our client is a dedicated biomedical sciences investment arm of a Singapore Statutory Board. (West - Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Report to Director of Investment.
Identify promising investments, assess business viability, structure investments.
Lead due diligence on companies, management, technologies.
Negotiate investment terms.
Advise companies on strategy implementation, including management selection and business development.
Guide management teams of companies to grow value and achieve signifcant returns on investment
Function as a board member where appropriate
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), BioTechnology.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent relationship management capabilities.
Sharp business acumen and high orientation towards achievement.
