Responsibilities:
Report to the Supply Chain Manager.
Review production process and production cycle time.
Oversee and manage the production operations, employee relations and safety issues.
Conduct regular training sessions for plant maintenance staff.
Plan production schedule and resources to meet production targets, delivery datelines and quality standards.
Manage production and operational related issues.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a process or batch-manufacturing environment.
Possess knowledge of chemistry as the production plant is manufacturing chemicals/cleaning agents.
Possess good working knowledge of manufacturing process.
Possess working knowledge of Safety & Environmental regulations.
