You will play a vital role in leading a team of Product Managers. Product Marketing Engineers and Field Application Engineers to drive the regional strategy for Electronics components, electro-mechanical and connector products across ASEAN and India regions.
Your key job charter include working with our franchised suppliers to implement and execute marketing strategies in achieving budgets and gaining profitable market share as well as with our sales management team in developing target customer accounts and segments.
You would also play a proactive role in talent development within the team and also in improving the internal collaboration with different functional departments to improve the overall quality of the quote management process.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Electronic Engineering or related specialization
• At least 8 years’ of solid product management experience in Electronics components, electro-mechanical and connector products, preferably gained in the electronics distribution industry
• min 5 years’ managerial experience
• Strong business and marketing sense with the ability to identify suppliers’ needs and Markets trends with ease
• Excellent presentation techniques, negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record in people management and team development
