Job description
~ Perform laboratory chemical and microbiological analysis of raw material, in-process and finished goods samples
~ Perform environmental control testing
~ Ensure that tests as assigned are performed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate procedure
~ Maintain complete and accurate recordings of test results
~ Advise on the significance of test results and follow up with appropriate of action
~ Laboratory Stock Inventory Control
~ Equipment maintenance and calibration
~ Compilation laboratory test reports
~ Raw material sampling
~ QA retained samples management
~ Maintaining Certificate of Analysis for raw material
~ Housekeeping of chemical and microbiological laboratory
Job requirement
~ Min 5 'O' level credits with at least a pass in Chemistry or Biology
~ Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in food industries
~ Able to work independently with minimum supervision
~ Methodical and meticulous in work
~ Team player with initiative, drive, and good communication skills
~ Proficient with Microsoft Office Words, Excel, Powerpoint
~ Singaporean / PR / Malaysian are welcome to apply
~ Chinese speaking
~ Age range: Mid 30s
~ Working days: 5 days
~ Working hours: 130pm - 1015pm (Permanent)
~ Working area: Woodlands
~ Salary range: $1400 (Max)
