Business & Financial Analyst (5days/Town/MNC)
Salary: S$8,000 (neg.)
Established well-known Skincare & Cosmetics MNC, leader in the industry as principal and exclusive distributor of premier international luxury brands. Seek individual to join the dynamic team as Business & Financial Analyst
This role covers management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and business planning, internal controls, cost management as well as process improvements. Other aspects of your work include:
~ To and to assist/advise in all financial matters including strategic planning partnership and financing of new businesses.
~ To evaluate M&A opportunities in Asia Pacific including evaluation and participating in the negotiation on approval with country’s authorities.
~ To draft the financials for the business plans
~ To finalize the financing structure for the company and secured source of finances.
~ To manage the cash flow planning and the allocation of financial resources.
~ To provide timely and in depth financial analysis
~ To monitor the business plan and budget variances.

Requirements:
Graduate with a University degree in economics, finance, management or accountancy
Minimum 5 years experience in controlling, budgeting, general accounting with achievements in M&A
Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills
High energy levels, hands-on, strong leadership and project management skills
High integrity and a sense of urgency
The ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
