Position : Recruitment Manager ( Immediate)
Qualification : Degree with minimum 2yrs of experience in this field.
Skills and Responsibilities :
Sourcing the required profiles (IT) - through Personal Contacts,
Jobsites, Internal references, Head Hunting and Emails.
To source people who are professionals in varied fields of IT. They
should be residing in Singapore and who can speak Mandarin.
Scrutinizing based on suitability of the Profile for the Company's
requirements based on the experiences in the industry, skills,
assignments handled, Communication skills.
Telephonic screening of applicants to assess
IT Technical competence
Credentials
Attitude, Pleasing personality, zeal & aptitude to learn &
grow
Coordinating and scheduling further rounds and all follow up action
thereafter with the Sales Team.
Monitoring and maintaining Profiles and Track Sheet for every
technology and also building a pipeline for future requirements.
Actively participating in Building a strong Client Database,
Monitoring of vacancies arising with in the organization and Sourcing
Profiles for the same in consultation with the Heads.
Location: Cecil Street
Position : Accounts / Finance Executive (Immediate)
Qualification : Degree in any Accounts related filed. Experience in
MYOB and Easy pay software.
Skills and Responsibilities :
Take care of the payroll for the employees, growing on a fast pace.
Calculations of leaves, claims, appraisals and medical .
Bilingual - English and Mandarin speaking
Attitude, Pleasing personality, zeal & aptitude to learn & grow
