J2EE Developers
a.. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
a.. Should have 5 years of experience, of which 2-3 years of Java/J2EE
experience and Web-based programming
a.. Experience in programming with Oracle Database, PL/SQL
a.. Preferably experienced in BEA WebLogic platform 7.x and above
a.. Familiar with at least one of the following: workflow applications,
integration with Lotus Email, integration with security
a.. mechanisms (LDAP, SSL, S/MIME), scheduling applications
a.. Experience in Elixir reporting tool preferred.
a.. Involvement in Capability Maturity Model activities.
